I am a member of The International Travel
Writers Alliance.
First and foremost, I am a photographer. I
therefore write only in situations where I
believe it is appropriate to add value to my
photography.
My images are sold on the basis of Rights
Managed licensing. I do not sell images on a
Royalty Free basis as a properly negotiated
license gives better value to both the buyer
and me.
The articles that I write are sold on condition
that they are used with my images, or with a
majority of my images.

goals in maintaining standards of Quality. If I
write, then I do so with this in mind. I do not
simple throw words into a package of
images.
Therefore I expect to be paid competitive
rates for both my photographic work and my
written work.
I work with some charities and will
sometimes donate my time to assist those
that I feel will benefit from what I do. I do not
treat commercial ventures as charitable
organisations and expect such organisations
to treat me in the same way.

on subject, location, and amount of research

| Delivery: We normally delivery articles by e-mail. However, we can also prepare articles in a variety of Adobe formats if arrangements to do so have been clearly described well before the delivery deadline. |
| Payment: We invoice on delivery of articles. Payment instructions are included. We appreciate that in some circumstances our invoices will not be settled until after publication. |
